RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Marilu Creates, every item is handmade or made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of my work, I have a limited return policy — please read carefully before purchasing.

All Sales on Custom & Made-to-Order Items Are Final. This includes all 3D printed items, press-on nail sets, custom jewelry, and any item made specifically for you. I do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Ready-to-Ship Items If an item is listed as ready-to-ship (not custom), I accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned at the buyer's expense. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at hello@marilucreates.com with a photo of the issue. I will make it right with a replacement or refund at my discretion.

I do not accept cancellations once production has begun on a custom order.
