SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All items are handmade or made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a notification when your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Carriers I currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. I ship via USPS and UPS depending on the size and weight of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Marilu Creates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact me at hello@marilucreates.com and I will do my best to help.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
